Delfina Zagarzazú
Director, Latin America
Delfina Zagarzazú mobilizes the company's presence in Latin America as head of its regional branch in Montevideo, Uruguay. Serving as the strategic liaison between TSI's headquarters and its Latin American clients, the efforts on the ground put in place by Ms. Zagarzazú include a strong focus on educational programs and environmental conferences including growing partnerships with local cities.
Ms. Zagarzazú's regional expertise includes prior work experience at the Council of the Americas in New York promoting business relations between Latin America and the U.S through weekly and monthly events at its NY headquarters and in various Latin American cities touching on political, economic and social issues. She has worked closely with the Brazilian Centre for International Relations (CEBRI) in Rio de Janeiro where her focus was on IPR and investment in the region. TSI welcomes her international experience and passion for the region while growing TSI's global alliances and partnerships.
A native Uruguayan, who has worked throughout Europe, Latin America and the U.S., Ms. Zagarzazú is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Seton Hall University and holds a Bachelor's of Science in International Relations and Economics from the John C. Whitehead School of Diplomacy.
