Evan Gillespie
Project Manager
Evan Gillespie provides support for the business strategy practice and assists clean tech clients in their efforts to secure government and private funds. He recently wrote the successful Ecofinal grant application which yielded an award of $200,000 from the California Energy Commission for the construction of an alternative fuel station in the City of Los Angeles.
He brings a wealth of experience in developing greenhouse gas inventories for a range of emitters. An inventory is often the first step in a broader sustainability initiative and Mr. Gillespie helps clients use their GHG inventory to inform their decision about the best options to begin reducing their environmental footprint.
Prior to working at Three Squares Inc., Mr. Gillespie consulted on energy and environmental policy for a retail electricity supply company in New York City and spent three years as a staff director in the development office of a Boston-based environmental non-profit.
He holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Bates College and an M.S. in Environmental Policy from the Bard Center for Environmental Policy at Bard College.
