Phoebe Shackeroff

Project Manager

Phoebe Shackeroff brings more than fifteen years of project management experience across a range of industries, from film and television to corporate communications to environmental nonprofits.

She works closely with TSI clients to direct the workflow for large conferences and events. She recently managed the production of educational sessions on climate change and air quality for a conference featuring Governor Schwarzenegger and an audience of 10,000 high school students. Sessions featured presentations by MTV's Rock the Vote and the Alliance for Climate Education.

Prior to joining TSI, Ms. Shackeroff served as Senior Program Assistant at World Wildlife Fund’s Sustainable Commerce Program, and as a Research Assistant for Duke University marine ecology studies in Hawaii. Currently, she is an active member of the Orange County Renewable Energy Society and helps with media production and social networking for the Wetlands and Wildlife Care Center in Huntington Beach.

Ms. Shackeroff has a Master of Fine Arts degree in Film and Television Production from the USC School of Cinematic Arts, and a Bachelor's of Arts in Literature from Yale University. She studied abroad at the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, and in a French language immersion in Université Laval in Québec City, Canada.

She is also the Founder, Former Chair, and Board Member of USC Women of Cinematic Arts, an alumnae organization with more than 650 members. Her micro-budget documentary short, “Rupert the Black Swan” set box office records at the Newport Beach Film Festival, and was an official selection at the Blue Planet and Woods Hole Film Festivals.
