Joe Rice

LEED AP, Green Building Intern

 

Joe Rice utilizes a broad background in sustainable design and construction to assist Three Squares Inc. in developing its LEED consulting program for green buildings, while identifying opportunities to develop accelerated staff training programs for LEED EB certification. He is also currently exploring federal and state funding incentives for several TSI clients, while assisting with sponsorship outreach for the Women in Green Forum and the 10th California Maritime Leadership Symposium.

 

Prior to joining the Three Squares team, Mr. Rice worked with a design build firm in Los Angeles, performing project bidding, estimating, and design on a LEED Platinum home.

 

He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California, and has been a practicing LEED AP since 2009.
