Our sustainability consulting practice helps government agencies, corporations and nonprofits navigate the "green noise" and implement systems to actively reduce their environmental impact. Many companies want to make positive changes and simply don't know how to take the first step.

Our phased approach includes:

• Initial Assessment - Through site visits and interviews with key staff members, we determine your environmental impact and identify areas for cost- and carbon-savings.
• Sustainability Action Plan - Engaging key staff members, we develop sustainability standards for your offices and facilities. If you are interested in pursuing LEED certification for your office space or facilities, we set the standards to achieve LEED points when possible.
• Implementation - Implementing the Sustainability Action Plan requires buy in from the management level on down.
• Carbon Tracking and Analysis - Since you can't reduce what you don't measure, we implement a thorough carbon tracking plan to calculate your carbon footprint. We work with our partner The CarbonNeutral Company to confirm CarbonNeutral certification.
• Strategic Communications - Communicating your environmental commitment internally and externally allows you to get the most out of your efforts.
