Jaime Nack is the President of Three Squares Inc. (TSI), a cutting edge sustainability consulting firm specializing in developing comprehensive sustainability plans for corporate entities, government agencies and academic institutions.
Most notably, Nack was contracted as the Director of Sustainability and Greening Operations for the 2008 Democratic National Convention, marking the first time in DNC history where measures were taken to reduce the environmental impact of the event. The greening effort was unprecedented in scale and has evolved into an industry case study for best practices in event greening. Because of the plan's success, she led the TSI team in implementing a sustainability plan for the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In 2011, Nack was named as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum and received a federal appointment to serve as a Council Member of the National Women's Business Council, a non-partisan advisory council to the President, Congress, and the U.S. Small Business Administration on economic issues of importance to women business owners. She also proudly serves as one of Vice President Al Gore's presenters for The Climate Reality Project. Nack holds a Master's in Public Policy from UCLA, where she also earned her Bachelor's degree in International Economics with a minor in Urban Planning. Nack speaks to audiences around the world about the business case for sustainability and its impact on the future of the global marketplace.
As Three Squares Inc.'s (TSI) Director of Sustainable Events, Jenna Petersen has more than 8 years of experience leading large-scale event production efforts across the globe and implementing comprehensive sustainability initiatives for clients including Hewlett Packard, Comedy Central, South Coast Air Quality Management District, the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, and Southern California Edison. Petersen was a founding team member behind the inaugural Women In Green Forum in 2010, which has grown to become the largest international conference for women in the environmental industry. Prior to joining TSI, Petersen held a position at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a bipartisan non-profit in Washington D.C. Working in the Europe Department, she conducted research and analysis on transatlantic issues related to energy policy and the development of renewable technology.
Petersen originally hails from Seattle, Washington. She holds a BA from Chapman University in Orange County in International Business and Economics.

In her role as Project Manager at Three Squares Inc. (TSI), Ali Ames is responsible for organizing all of the core details related to ensuring clients’ projects are rolled out on time, on budget, and on target. She develops staffing assignments, project timelines, and serves as the main client liaison for projects ranging from climate change conferences to electric vehicle station networks to waste diversion campaigns. She has worked closely with clients including the 2012 and 2016 Democratic National Conventions, the South Coast Air Quality Management District, the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, and the Specialty Coffee Association.
Before joining TSI, Ames held positions in the White House serving in the Office of the Vice President and at Al Gore’s The Climate Reality Project. She holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis in International and Area Studies with a Concentration in Sustainable Development.

Tiffany Wu serves as a Project Assistant at Three Squares Inc. (TSI), a role in which she provides support for projects ranging from sustainable event coordination to event carbon footprint analysis. She has a background in biodiversity research and has worked on a year-long biodiversity project researching flora and fauna species on the UCLA campus. She first knew that she wanted to work in the environmental industry when visiting the Amazon Rainforest in the 10th grade. Since then, Wu has worked in the environmental departments of SoCalGas, the UCLA Luskin Center of Innovation, and the UCLA Chancellor's Office. She holds a BS from UCLA in Environmental Science and Conservation Biology.

As a Recycling Coordinator at Three Squares Inc. (TSI), Jade Goegebuer’s responsibilities include engaging and educating the Los Angeles business community about recycling and waste diversion. She brings a passion for sustainability and experience implementing recycling programs in a variety of businesses to her work. Furthermore, her background in art and illustration drives her creative approach to sustainability and expert eye for engagement through visual aids.
Goegebuer holds a Recycling Resource Management Certificate from Santa Monica College and a BFA in Illustration from Laguna College of Art and Design.

Corina Velasquez serves as a Recycling Coordinator for Three Squares Inc. (TSI). She brings experience working in a range of settings, from corporate social responsibility to public education, to this position. Her responsibilities include making daily site visits to local businesses to engage them in waste diversion and resource management initiatives.
Before working with TSI, Velasquez collaborated with Central and South American organizations on sustainable housing, permaculture, and organic farming projects. In addition, she supported the sustainability of the Soka Instructional Garden at her undergraduate university.
Velasquez studied Liberal Arts with a focus on International Studies at Soka University of America, in Aliso Viejo, California.

In Jennifer Adachi’s role as Recycling Coordinators at Three Squares Inc. (TSI), she works to improve waste diversion and recycling programs by engaging local businesses and conducting site visits around Los Angeles.
Before joining the TSI team, Adachi’s background was primarily in ecology and conservation field research. She conducted an independent research study at the Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory in Colorado and completed a field research quarter in wilderness areas around California. In addition to her research experience, Adachi also worked on planning sustainability and alumni networking events on her college campus.
Adachi graduated from UCLA with a degree in Biology and a minor in Environmental Engineering.

With a passion for the environment and creating real change for our planet, Sydney Weiss joined the Three Squares Inc. (TSI) team to focus on program development for TSI's flagship event, the 8th Annual Women In Green Forum. She leads the efforts to increase outreach about the Forum to environmental organizations and developed a plan to expand the Youth Leadership Mentorship Program.
Before working with TSI, Weiss worked on a range of environmental projects focusing on climate change activism. While in law school, she worked with Live Earth: Road to Paris as a legal extern, a role in which she assisted with strategic planning and campaign efforts to raise awareness about climate change through entertainment. Since then, Weiss has worked with a number of other environmental organizations to develop creative strategies for enhancing outreach on issues such as healthy soil regeneration, composting, and automobile recycling. She was part of the launch for Kiss The Ground’s campaign, The Compost Story, where she supported the strategy and outreach team.
She holds a JD from Pepperdine University School of Law, and a BA from the University of Southern California in Social Sciences.

Luna joined the Three Squares Inc. (TSI) team in June of 2013 and has actively participated in every staff meeting since then. Luna brings a positive attitude and wagging tail to the office daily. Her dedication knows no bounds. As a rescue pup (Perfect Pet Rescue), Luna demonstrates a true appreciation for her new family at the office and at home. In her spare time, she actively promotes and lobbies for other rescue pups hoping that they too can find their forever homes!

Shackleton holds the esteemed position of First Feline Fan. The Three Squares Inc. (TSI) team took a field trip to meet him on his adoption day and his cuddly ways won them over at first meeting.
Hammy was very recently introduced into the Three Squares Inc. (TSI) team. She is incredibly adventurous and loves gnawing on everything from carrots to paper towel rolls to her cage. Her favorite activities include running on her wheel, burrowing mountains of food in her hideout, and trying to escape her cage. At just six months old, Hammy loves to climb and say hello. She’s excited for the TSI team and supports us through her energy and spirit.

The (great) Gatsby has been a member of the Three Squares Inc. (TSI) team since September of 2012. Originally hailing from St. Louis but having spent half his life in Washington D.C., he brings both Midwestern charm and a no nonsense attitude to the office. At home, Gatsby enjoys helping foster dogs adjust to life outside the shelter. His other hobbies include playing tag, jumping on his humans, and pushing random items off counters.

The Three Squares Inc. (TSI) team adopted Cinta through the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation, an Indonesian non-profit dedicated to the conservation of the Bornean orangutan and its habitat.
Cinta was rescued from an area that had been cleared by an oil palm company. When found, the she was apparently motherless, screaming, and shivering.
When she arrived at her rehabilitation facility, she was greeted by a special guest - former President of Indonesia, Megawati Soekarnoputri. The former President named the new baby Cinta, which means 'love' in Indonesian, a fitting name given that her rescue took place on Valentine's Day
