We at Three Squares Inc. believe in designing strategies that ensure sustainable growth and communicate a strong commitment to social responsibility.
At the heart of TSI is a desire to create a work environment where diversity is valued, quality of life is enhanced, and personal growth is encouraged. We carry our mission of creating sustainable solutions for our clients through to our day-to-day lives. Creating an atmosphere of partnership and collaboration is of the utmost importance as we cannot create balanced solutions if we are not in balance as a team.

Helping you incorporate an environmental bottom line.
Our sustainability consulting practice helps government agencies, corporations and nonprofits navigate the "green noise" and implement systems to actively reduce their environmental impact. Many companies want to make positive changes and simply don't know how to take the first step.
Our phased approach includes:
Jaime Nack is the President of Three Squares Inc., a cutting edge sustainability consulting firm specializing in developing comprehensive sustainability plans for corporate entities, government agencies and academic institutions.
Most notably, Nack was contracted as the Director of Sustainability and Greening Operations for the 2008 Democratic National Convention, marking the first time in DNC history where measures were taken to reduce the environmental impact of the event. The greening effort was unprecedented in scale and has evolved into an industry case study for best practices in event greening. Because of the plan's success, she led the Three Squares Inc. team in implementing a sustainability plan for the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In 2011, Nack was named as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum and a federal appointment to serve as a Council Member of the National Women's Business Council, a non-partisan advisory council to the President, Congress, and the U.S. Small Business Administration on economic issues of importance to women business owners. She also proudly serves as one of Vice President Al Gore's presenters for The Climate Reality Project. Nack holds a Master's in Public Policy from UCLA, where she also earned her Bachelor's degree in International Economics with a minor in Urban Planning. Nack speaks to audiences around the world about the business case for sustainability and its impact on the future of the global marketplace.
As TSI's Director of Sustainable Events, Jenna Petersen has more than 6 years of experience leading large-scale event production efforts across the globe and implementing comprehensive sustainability initiatives for clients including Hewlett Packard, Comedy Central, South Coast Air Quality Management District, the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, and Southern California Edison. The Three Squares Inc. team adopted Katty through the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation, an Indonesian non-profit dedicated to the conservation of the Bornean orangutan and its habitat.
Katty was rescued from a local resident who was keeping her illegally as a pet. The resident claimed to have found Katty wandering alone in the bushes of a burnt area.
Katty arrived at her rehabilitation facility in poor condition; she was dehydrated and malnourished, and was suffering from an acute respiratory infection. However, after several weeks of love and care from a dedicated medical team, she made a full recovery.
She is now a star student in her rehabilitation group, is kind to the other babies in her group, and has adapted very quickly to her new environment.
